Fiora nerf?

When is Fiora getting nerfed? I'm pretty bad at league but I still don't think that fiora should have a % health true dmg when she already has enough dmg alone with her kit. Champions like vayne with % health true dmg has a terrible early game. Fiora's early game doesn't seem that bad and her mid game is really good. Maybe I'm just salty that I lost to many fiora's but % health true dmg is kind of bs.

Fiora needs to be nerfed, she is way too strong the way she is right now. Putting bigger cds on her spells should solve the issue imho.
