Main Shen bored of losing in line phase

Hi there! I’m main Shen M7 and stuff but here is a list of all the champions which I can’t do absolutely nothing against, all this champions just stomp me, out farm me, and dive me when ever they want, and I need to start roaming and abandon my top-tower to it’s faith in the second I have ulti.

Even thought, I don’t die much, most of my games I just end up dying 3 or 4 times tops, and i have tried all kind of builds and stuff but the problem is only in early and the only thing i can do is sit under tower with a large glass of diet coke and pray to god for the other player to not freeze the line.

Is anything a silver Shen can do about this? Or I just need to calm down and acept that top lane will never be balanced, and I always will be waiting desperately to reach lv 6 to run away from top and try to win the game using other resources?
