Is MMR a bit off This season?

Honest thoughts I was curious if anyone else felt their MMR was a bit off lately? I am the first to admit I am not a great player I play mostly for fun so losing is one thing, but I have been placed against people I feel just way out of my skill level which I never felt before in any season before. I have played for several seasons now as well, but this is the first time I have felt like this. Just curious if it was only me or if anyone else was feeling mismatched this time around?

I've been having significantly better games in S7 than S6.

Dynamic queue was cancer. Solo queue is heaven.

Probably because alot of people got place in ranks alot lower than what they were meant to get after provisional. I also dont take the game very serious and not all that good but during my provisional, I won 8 games and lost 2 and I got demoted from silver 5 to bronze 2 where i find that in some match up in that elo I can decimate the enemy really easily. I ended having silver 2 mmr according to op.gg from all the games that I won in that elo until i climbed back to silver.
