LeBlanc QoL buff: Make her ult smartcast or normal cast based on the mimicked ability's way of cast

I started playing LeBlanc recently and this has been bothering me. To explain it in detail:

I use smartcast for targeted abilities (like LeBlanc's Q), but when it comes to skillshots I prefer normal cast (LeBlanc's W and E). However, because LeBlanc's ultimate can be 3 different abilities, it's impossible for me to have a 100% comfortable setup. One workaround is to leave normal cast on R and use Shift+R to smartcasted mimicked Q.

This isn't a problem for people who either use smartcast for all spells or don't use it at all. Still, a big part of the playerbase uses a mix of smartcast and normal cast, and for them this change would make LeBlanc's combos much smoother.

LeBlanc got some decent buffs last patch and I don't think she's weak. This QoL change wouldn't make her stronger or easier to play overall. Her skill floor and skill cap would remain the same, but they would be evened up for all types of players. Players who use a mix of smartcast and normal cast would no longer be at a disadvantage compared to smartcast-all or normalcast-all type of players.
