Possible fix to trolling in champ select (For Rank Solo/Duo)

I see that a lot of people have been having trouble with trolls in champ select, and right now the only two options are to take the loss of the game and lose 15+ lp or to dodge and lose 3 lp and take the 5 minute queue timer, and both of these options are rather unfair. What I think a viable solution would be, in the cases for Ranked Solo/Duo only, is to allow report/vote to kick system inside champ select, and if a certain number of people report/vote to kick the person that is trolling champ select, the queue will be disbanded and the person that was reported/kicked will lose some lp, be given a timer and be given how ever many reports he got in champ select to his account, and every one else is just in another queue. This will very rarely abused, as if it's only in Solo/Duo and you need 3 or 4 reports to get the person kicked, that means even if a Duo tries to abuse the system to get a free dodge, they will have to get one or two randoms to also want to kick the person. What can also be added is if the person felt like they were wrongly kicked, they can start a support ticket and argue it. This is just a thought and would need fleshing out, but I thought can at least be somewhat viable and I would prefer this to the current system.
