like i been in promos for diamonds 3 times since yesterday i got the same guy that afkes twice in a row reported him and today he was in my game again and afked again not sure why they wont fix this crap cause this is getting pretty aggravatinz

Why? Because currently the Tribunal System is Shut down for rework. We're all hoping it comes back in pre-season 5.

That's the idea, when you punish trolls, you create even more trolls, because it is by human nature to rebel against a cause, or an event. There is no true prevention to stop trolls, unless you can educate them.
