You really need to bring back the Tribunal.

Buddy of mine just got perma-banned for using the word "imbecile" and a buncha people stacking reports on him like the great and lovely League of Legends community does. I'm sorry but you can't leave bans up to a pretty much fully automated system. The Tribunal reviewers would have laughed at the chat and let him walk.. but your system is about as special as it gets. I'm sorry but when somebody is spouting off a billion -extremely- unmentionables which I couldn't even hope to rephrase in forums and they get nothing while some guy calls said person an imbecile and gets perma-banned.. You gotta get your game together. Fact of the matter is.. yes people weren't happy with the "rewards" for the Tribunal.. but it never even needed the rewards.. the people who judged cases did it for kicks and I feel it helped filter out the proper people from the game.

And yeah. Just for the hell of it I'm putting this in gameplay and balance.. Cause your genius auto-ban system is doing a wonderful job of making this game game breakingly toxic.

Also got a friend who got permabanned because a group of premades decided to report him because he was first pick and took adc. I was using the tribunal daily just so i could help ban the toxic people. I feel like every time i am reporting someone nothing happens. i just want to be know that someone actually reads the reports and also help them myself.

Proof? No automated system is 100% accurate.

The automated system hands out flawed 14 day bans, but it doesn't perma you.
