ryze was vunerable if he go cc early game. The w nerf im ok with cus champions like katerina Katarina zedZed and kasidin Kassadin make he trash but with the hire mana cost THATS TOO FAR cus he dosint do any dm early game and has to constently back and cant solo kill early game and the allll mobility champs kill he super ez cus ryze never has a chants to land his rune cage.... that means that he cant use any of his ability's. Also please stop reworking ryze.

wait wait wait these were actually nerfs? Not like he is unbearable to play against in teamfights and especially in toplane in a meele match up where his Q literally isnt a skillshot anymore because he hits you with it inside your wave.
