Amumu

is champion that is good for the lower elo but id love to be able to play him in higher elo like plat and diamond but he gets no attention from riot's balance team. He needs more love because he honestly is a fun and exciting champion to play but this is as bad as I've seen him. He has some of the lowest play in the game and has a very low win rate. I don't remember when this champion honestly got a buff. What do you guys think amumu needs to be buffed or nerfed or just stay where he is?
