Galio E Bug

Just discovered a Galio bug with this latest patch. His E (Justice Punch) has no unit collision whatsoever. It completely phases through champions and minions alike. I played two Galio games this morning, in the first game the bug wasn't there, however in the second game I used his Gatekeeper skin and the bug appeared. I don't know if the bug is skin related but a quick fix would be mighty appreciated, galio's E is crucial to his whole purpose in fights.
