WTF is up with yasuo riot

Yasuo is the most broken champ in the game rn IMO. His double crit passive which is "balanced" by his reduced crit damage (of just 10%) is completely reverted by building the absolutely core IE. He gets 100% crit with 2 items. This means DOUBLE damage. Not increased, just double, which is stupid. His shield means he cant be poked and when he engages on you hes too tanky to deal with. Not to mention it resets on his ult for some reason riot thought was good. And then theres his ult which gives insane armor pen ("oh but its only on crits"), but he has 100% crit. He ALSO has essentially infinite dashes, he'll chase you for 15 seconds down a lane because they know the next minion wave will let them kill you. You can say they have cd's on the dashes, but theres 6-7 minions a wave. I think he'll manage. ALSO his windwall is stupid. It can completely nullify an entire team's engage given some circumstances. He just DOESNT NEED this power at all! NOT TO MENTION the fact that if youre right behind the windwall and shoot a skillshot, the windwall will probably magically suck the skillshot backwards into its broken abyss. Braum has a giant shield and not even his is that strong. So basically any downside he has (which there arent many) are supplemented with overly busted upsides. Come on riot, hes been broken for ages. He can do 1500+ dmg in 0 seconds flat with a dash auto Q. With 3 items.
