Ekko Is Balanced

I'd say Ekko is pretty balanced. First, his passive. 3 basic attacks and he gets an enormous movement speed buff. Then his Q. Basically Ahri's Q, but does damage and applies passive stacks and slows. Now his W. An AOE spell that slows targets inside, and if Ekko enters, stuns longer than Lux and Morg spamming you, while giving Ekko a shield that can block a full AP Nunu ult. His. A lot like Yasou's, but it doesn't need an enemy target and has a larger range, as well as scaling with his main source of damage, AP. It also gives his a ton of attack range, so if you flash, he keeps hitting you. And his ult. It does a ton of damage, as well as 130% AP Scaling. He teleports to a fake Ekko that follows him around like that weird black man who follows me around....And it heals him for all the damage he had taken, and the ult's damage itself.

Combo: He Qs you, so you take tons of damage. Then he walks up and slaps your ass so you take a ton MORE damage from the Passive. Then he throws a slow, so he can Q again and dash into the thingy and stun you forever. Then he autos you, and you take more passive damage. And if SOMEHOW you manage to get him low, you stay at ur 100v100 health battle until he ults, then he has full health again and finishes you off. Oh btw this entire time he has an insane movespeed buff from passive.

So Rito, if anything, I suggest you buff ekko.
