Riot Queue bans

The queue bans are ridiculous,I'm sorry I'd rather be banned then get a 20 min ban for 5 games,More often then not when i play a game im in tight time-frame usually 30-50 minutes but now most of the time i cant even play because i get queue banned.They need to A.Adjust the times B.Just come up with something else.(P.S Before you start whining about how I "shouldn't even afk in the first place" i was dced by riot servers twice 500 ping d/c and im on an ethernet cable so my wifi didnt drop,and yes i did send an email to them you know the whole "We love the community,and will help & support" shit but ya know still nothing)
