Is it just gonna get ignored that Rengar can't fully stack his passive bonetooth necklace in Twisted Treeline?

Minarde1 votesShyv's passive applies to Vilemaw as of 6.24, half a year ago. If I remember correctly, the only completely useless passive is Ivern's on HA.
