My Ideas for Yasuo as a Yasuo Main

I may be really bad at league but I know the game really well. I believe riot should change Yasuo's double crit passive and make the added ad that e-ing around gives you. His ult should give him true damage instead of armor pen which would be okay because he would have conqueror and his ult passive for a very short period of time and without double crit there is no point in him buying IE. This would make it easier for yasuo in the early game a little harder in the mid game and really good for the late game. This would also promote him building Mortal Reminder or Lord Dominic's. If you have any concerns please post so I can work this out into a legit change.
