I don't mean to be a bother, but my friends and I all agree that estimated wait times are not accurate. In fact most wait times are either double or triple the wait. I would prefer that the wait times be more accurate to reflect how long we will be our que. I appreciate any feedback...Thank you gg wp
Neeko N Dime1 votesi mean.... in my experience regarding patches at least, it's never the max amount of time. Tbh i've had patches only take server offline for 15 min before. For a ddos though, last one took a few hours but not too much experience knowing this. Plus if i remember correctly the last ddos was on a Sunday so maybe quicker on a weekday

Conclusion: us support mains are taking all the short queue times! The estimated queue times must be based on an average of all positions or something.

Nah joking aside, I think they should fix their algo's to give a better number. But it might be harder than you think. Who knows how this shit is calculated.
