Please remove "recommened items" list from ranked games

Riot please remove recommened items list in ranked games.People who don't know how to build champions they are going to play in ranked without help of recommened item list should not play ranked in my opinion as game is going to be most competetive in rakned unlike normal.Because of (noobs with item knowlegle) i get support volibear who don't buy "sightstone" and "face of mountain" while stealing my farm because he don't have proper gold income item to play properly support,or i get garen who builds "sunfire cape" as first item against teemo who deals ap damage.The worst situation is someone is trying to play unconventional jungler like "kog maw" and he starts with dorian blade.He gets pull and smites gromp,but after he don't get level he blames me for stealing level.Those players go on my nerves in ranked game and i hate when i lose because of those bad players with almost no item knowlegle.

I know how to build my champions. I just find it a lot easier to quickly purchase the items I want to build when they're on the recommended items page than scrolling through the whole shop. Even if the exact item I want isn't there, there's often an item that builds out of the same core component (e.g. Trinity Force may be suggested when I want to build a Black Cleaver or an Iceborn Gauntlet, it's a lot easier for me to find Phage or Sheen this way).

I had gone to the extent of making item sets for most of my main champions, but I'm realizing why that doesn't work so well. New items come out and you have to update it. Game situations vary and you have to react. What a champion's core build is has even changed for some of them this season. I don't want to have to actively manage that list, so having recommended items is nice.

It doesn't need removed, it just needs updated regularly.
