WARWICK NEEDS A NERF!
His sustain in the new jungle alone is OP, but on top of that the stacks and buffs from the new jungle are even more OP. Even more, if he ults you, GOD FORBID, your health will most likely drop to a level where his E makes him Usain Bolt (add BRK and you're super dead). And a final, 
U, his skills are all unskilled. No skill shots or time-based skills, just point and click and DEAD.
Basically someone dies no matter what if WW knows what he's doing so he just wins back lanes for people early and is an assassin late. NERF PLEASE!
I will admit though that I abuse his use sometimes when the other team doesn't ban him and my team yells our first pick to grab him
