hex tech items bug

1 of hex tech passive is shared their cool down with each other, it said shared! no we have some problem with this definition, for example if i share my food with my friend it means he get part of it and i have another part and both part together will came full food, but when u build 2 hex tech item and use 1 of them, both of them go in 40 second cool down XD not 20 for each, ok lemme ask u riot whats the point of this share? it not share riot it is like if u build 2 hex tech item u just fool urself and not even that passive is healthy it means u just destroy one of ur item active skill. pls fix it or at least change that "share word" and write it will remove other hextech item active if u use it's active . i think if its really share cd that would be funny and we can see some funny build as we see it for synergy for shive share passive in adc items. and imagine how funny build u can go with combine of these items but u cant do it right now how ever u can build these items and their passive help each other:
