Swain UPDATE causing FPS to drop!

Ok so I was in a game vs a Swain and for whatever reason, 3 other players and me were having really bad fps drops whenever Swain casted his ultimate and Q, at first I thought It was only me, but the other teammates were complaining about it too, usually I play with 200 fps with everything in very high, but today as soon as I got near Swain casting his ult and Q my fps went down to 90 from 200, our jungler couldn't even gank cause he said his fps went down to 4, lowered the graphics settings and stuff and still the fps drops continued for the whole game, I don't think those people and me are the only ones having these issues cause I had no problems with my game settings until today's patch.
