Make owning at least 5 supports a requirement for ranked.

Because of the new auto fill function, which I think was a good idea mind you, people are getting support and then saying that they own no supports and then pick troll picks like Ezreal support. This ruins the game for some people, especially in higher elo but I suspect people aren't that stupid in higher elos than bronze, silver and gold. I honestly think this would be a good idea since a lot of players buy 20 carry champions and then jump into ranked to get auto filled support and then basically troll.

What is a support though? Is AP Malphite a valid support? Is Elise a valid support? In my opinion, both would be fine as long as the player has experience playing them in the support role.

You see the problem though: you can't classify what is a support and what isn't.

Since autofill can put you anywhere, it would be better to require 2 champions from each category. 2 assassins, 2 fighters, 2 mages, 2 marksmen, 2 supports, 2 tanks. And then 2 more brings you to 16.

Yeah that's pretty valid too. What I'm addressing more is the people who main say, mid and top but the get auto filled support and play things they've never played before because "I don't own any supports". This has happened to me multiple times now, I've had Malphite support and Ezreal support with the summoner having zero experience playing them support.
