Hey guys.

So atm playing league, getting good grades and working out/being in good shape are the only things that i care in my life because at this point my life is just a pile of trash.

I have some problems managing getting good grades and getting better grades while playing league of legends.

I just cant seem to get motivated to study and get good grades and i just thing about playing league, just think about this game.

The same about working out.I dont workout/exercise well nor a lot because i just want to come home and play league and thats it.

How can i fix this and balance working out, getting good grades and playing league of legends?

Also how can i keep myself from eating junk food.Often when playing league i find myself eating sweets lol

As an alternative to what most people have been saying, you can use league as a reward, and in exchange for doing everything you should get done for that day, homework/exercise/both. You then get the rest of the evening to play league.

Takes self discipline, but if it works, awesome.

Step 1: Stop playing League.

Step 2: Get straight As in school and work out until you're amazingly fit.

Step 3: Go back to playing League.

Have someone else to help you out, ask them to help you study and work out and just don't buy junk food.

League is not the problem here. That's all I can really say without some nasty-seeming words and a lot of assumptions.

Sounds like depression tbh.. I think you should bringe 1 day on league and then take a break. Get it out of your system and get back to enjoying other parts of your life. I work 40 hour + works, see my girlfriend, play league, family, gym, dog what ever. I cannot stand to play league all day anymore. Its fun dont get me wrong, but I get far more satisfaction seeing my time paying off in other areas of my life.

League is a game, it should be played as one. Don't let it control your life.

Uninstall and play only 2-3 times a month, also don't forget to delete the game again after playing it, so you don't waste too much time on it. I play nowadays only when they release a new champion or reworks.

Delete League. I had the same thing awhile back, where when I came home I would play League, then when my parents told me to stop I would just watch League videos. Just forget about it for awhile, try a new extracurricular (a sport will also fill the working out requirement), think about how important it is that you set yourself up for success.

I came back to the game a year later, and guess what? It was still here waiting for me, with some changes and a few new champions. Now I just get in my games over the weekend normally, and can focus on school and sport and music throughout the week.

Have another person help IRL. Try to play the game as little as possible.
