You aren't supposed to kill a tank with an Assassin.
Your goal is to explode a squishy.
Leave killing tanks to the Marksmen.

Talon isn't supposed to be insta-gibbing tanks anyways; he's made for assassinating squishy targets (which this build also helps with).
