best rank time

I really don't know what's a good time to play rank, and yes I know it's all on me and the team doesn't matter because both teams have the same probability of having bad players. But there are matches that my team really try and listen and I have no anger losing those matches, because I know that the team listened and we at least played as a team as the game should be. But, there are matches that my team is just braindead and they don't listen at all, inting because we're giving out suggestions. I just want a time that increases those matches with good and friendly teammates.
