So there was a way to switch to old HUD that riot took away in 5.14

We don't give a shit about whether people want a different HUD everyone has to play on the new garbage that we made because we said so. 4/5 people i meet in game say the new one is shit. If your arrogant mentality is that you don't give a fuck about 1 player (me) I can confidently say that millions of other players feel the same way to a certain degree. I only play ranked so It's not an issue for me yet. However, if this new HUD is implemented in ranked gameplay, I'm definitely quitting this game. (Yes, it's literally that bad for me I don't even feel like I'm playing the same game)

Why the fuck would you change something that works fine, no one's complaining about, and everyone's used to and not even give the option of using the older version? Pathetic.

I hardly play ranked, just enough games to get placed into Gold at the end of each season... I'm a dirty casual who plays ARAM with his girlfriend, if you will, however this HUD/UI is not only an eyesore, but is an absolute clusterfuck of non-sense and in complete opposite locations.

Rito, you done goofed with this... And are making Heroes of the Storm look much more appealing in doing so.

I respect people's opinions. I disagree with the opinion though and like the new hud. I am disappointed it's not in ranked yet.

Very negative post too. There are far more constructive ways to discuss this subject.

I really like the new HUD, if for nothing else, I dig the fact that I don't have to look over at corners. But, I agree that people should have the option for the old one. Or, better yet, a setup like Bartender on WoW where you could just put stuff where you want it.

Knowing riot even if 90% of the playerbase wanted the old UI they still wouldn't change it. I suppose my complaining is pointless.

You mean a company that got too big and important too fast that's forgetting about its playerbase, and not caring what they have to say about changes that are made just for the sake of change? Ya know Riot, I think I've heard of this before and it didn't end well for them. Now what were they c-

I'm not saying give us complete control, but at least talk to us about changes you're making so we don't need to scream bloody murder for you to notice we hate them when you ignore what we say originally.

Also, going to Reddit isn't communicating. You have no idea whether or not the guy you're posting to (with a profile that can literally be made in 10 seconds without any LoL background) is an actual player. Come here and we can at least prove it to you and interact with you as real players.

I'm just waiting for Riot to get over their ego trip on this thing so they can actually realize that just because they implement something new and say buzzwords about it, it's not what the community will accept from them. They don't want to implement the old hud because they think putting the old one as an option is as good as admitting their hud isn't absolutely the best thing ever. It's really fucking annoying how they won't just listen and give us the god damn toggle between them. People who like this hud can use it, people who like the old hud can use that. It's not that fucking hard.

I just don't see how or why everyone hates the new hud with such a passion. It's harmless when you get down to it we get the same info we did before and its in a less space ctrl f and pressing the helmet near your portrait once and it doesn't feel any different

You know the League system that Riot said everyone will get used to and eventually like.... three years later people still hate the system and want the Elo system back --- the old Patcher and old front page of the Client is still designed a lot better with a proper layout

--- these elements are a severe downgrade and I wish the old one were back, but they are still whatever and I can live with them - but as soon as you effect gameplay which is what the HUD does is where we have problems, and I too will stop playing League indefinitely until Riot smartens up and gives the old layout and design back...
