Ok ,Happy new year first of all . So i see 1 in 20 good yasuo mains maybe more than 20 and i notice something about the good ones they dash with E really fast i mean you dont have the time to point on minions or champions how fast they dive is there something to change in options to keyboard ?

Three things:

Do you have quick-cast on?
Yasuo's E cd scales with points in the ability (but Q max does more damage)
The speed of the actual dash scales with his bonus movement speed
