fps drop to 0 when enemy use ability

Hi, I have experienced fps drops from 40-80 fps to 0 after some champs in enemy team use 1 of their abilities. And it isnt stuck just to 1 champ. I mean 1 game it can be riven e and 2nd game when I have again enemy riven she wont be problem at all and I would have problem with e.g. varus q and in some games there isnt fps drop at all. In 5v5 teamfight my laptop has 40-60 fps when everyone is using all abilities. But when it's 4v5 and then that camp come again from 40-60 to 0 after its ability and when he cast it after 1 sec everything is ok untill he use that ability again. That started happening before 2-3 patches.

It doesnt matter is it teamfight or 1v1. If its on the screen it will make fps drop when he use that ability

I had this problem just yesterday though while trying to pick up fiora. today I decided to update my drivers for everything I had installed, specifically my graphics drivers and oddly enough, my keyboard ones (because I play on a laptop and my f keys coincide with a bunch of other buttons, like volume up or down) and ran league as admin. it worked for me, but yours sounds a bit different from mine
