So first of all we have a champion, Morgana, with a not 1, not 2, but 3 second binding, which is ridiculous, but not only does she have a 3 second binding, her "Ghost Bride" skin has a q that is invisible. Buying skins is not supposed to give an advantage(other than morale), however, this skin causes her q to be basically invisible and makes her invisible binding(dark binding) insanely hard to dodge. I would love to see a change in that skins q very soon.
