Hey everyone. I have noticed that you have to buy a pass to get the World quests? This reminds me a lot of fortnites battle pass. Its a waste of money and really just pulls people into doing the first challenges just to find out all you can get with your tokens is a key. They even keep a token claim to entice you to get the pass! I don't like this at all and think it is a HUGE step down for RIOT. Please let RIOT know this is very misleading and kinda evil of them. Thank you.

You don't have to...they offer the pass for more ways to get the World Tokens but it's completely optional [slayer-jinx-wink]

No. There are a selection of Quests that give up to 400 Tokens for free that do not require the Worlds Pass. The Worlds Pass provides other quests that further the amount of Tokens that you can get but do not in any way HAVE to buy it.
