but my bot goes 0/11 mid goes 0/3 jg does nothing give them rift and drag. goes 2/5

And then you know, their 7/0 adc and 5/0 mid come top with rift and just run it down. meanwhile our bot give up and go afk

MMR hell. You're a top laner with high MMR. That means someone on your team will have low MMR to "balance" the team. If your carries have low MMR and the other team has high MMR carries, you pretty much lost before champion select.
Push your lane and tp bot, push your lane and roam mid, push your lane and invade enemy jungle with your jungler. Ping for a gank kill your lane oponnent with your jungler, take your turret and rotate for a gank bot. Communication is the key!

That is just plat, I made it through plat (and low diamond) by just roaming if I get a lead or by stalling games with picks/waveclear.
