Champ Select Bug?

Knowthyenemy1··3 votes·897 views

ok I got into champ select and when it came time to ban/pick a champion the timer ran down but the champion icons never showed up. so I ended up getting forced to dodge and I don't want to face penalties and I'm afraid to try to play again. Help?
