Is Bard disabled until after the buffs?
Hey, did I miss something in the patch notes? Is Bard disabled for the time being? He's not available in champ select anymore.

disregardable1 votesHis ult sometimes permanently makes towers untargetable. They're working on a fix, and it may or may not be in the next patch.
