Every time i play vladamir against naut, he hooks me WHILE IN MY POOL, I AM SUBMERGED, BEING PULLED TOWARDS HIM, its so stupid. Half the time naut hooks can miss by 3 inches and still hit, FIX, THE, GAME. ashe arrows hitting people while being 3 inches away from a person, so many bugs, 0 fixes, no one noticing them, watch league of legends recaps. WATCH THEM RIOT they show so many bugs, fix them just fix the fucking bugs

That means you aren't using your W fast enough. You need to pool before the hook reaches you.

Hook abilities have what Riot likes to call the lollipop effect applied to them. At the end of their max range they search for units within a 100 or so unit radius (hence the name lollipop), if an enemy unit is within it, they get hooked.
It's well known that Riot doesn't know how to hitbox correctly. It's just one of those things. It's bullshit but hey small indie company.

So then should Blitz hook be refunded if it hits ezreal but he e's away? Sinec that was a "waste" of his hook.
IronFor3ver1 votesvlad w is not a ability that can be pre cast, such as ezreal e and tristana w, so you comparing the 2 has no pull on what i said what so ever, so no, it shouldnt be refunded, every hook in the game as of right now, is Hard cc. Why is nautalis's soft cc? if it was hard cc, i wouldnt be able to cast w while being hooked.
