(if top side red) gank top lane (especially if top lane tanked the damage for you. Dont worry if you tanked the most damage aslong as your above 350 hp)

Remember nobody buys pink wards at the start, activate Q before you become in enemy view you will have enough time to run into lane to attack.

All players except junglers will be at level 1 so you get the advantage.

Red buff auto attacks slow the enemy and apply burning true damage combined with twitch's true damage passive, your stealth giving the surprise first attack it can lead to the enemy burning their flash, heal or feed you first blood. remember to chase the enemy with orb walking to just completely drain the enemy's hp.

Twitch jungle has always had the early game advantage with surprise ganking.

At late game with red buff, red smite, twitch x6 stack I've delt enemy true damage to tanks around 300 damage per hit but only if 6 stacks have been applied and the enemy still getting hit.

Why ? Your smite against enemies will deal even more true damage over time. Yes thats 3 sources of true damage stacked (red buff, red smite, twitch passive) While also reducing damage to the marked target and grants true vision of the target making 1v1 or some 1v3s a breeze.

Why ? Because your a plague rat, so be a good lil plague rat and spread disease everywhere.

Why buy first Over the ? because with combined with runnan's hurricane you will have 50% crit chance which will give you a strong advantage in most trades especially when you sneak solo or with a partner into dragon to clean up the enemy team.

Why ? (underrated item that works for some of my mains, Steals magic resist, deals 40 magic damage per hit with a great boost in attack speed) I've used this item before against champions who have been building MR to a high magic allied team or used against squishy magic enemies that are a bit fed also the damage is very cheeky and i've seen a bunch of players not prepared to see twitch do magic damage on auto attacks.

Why ? (armor CD, Boosted damage, aoe slow)

Why ? (HP Tank, 3 projectile slow with ult combined, with red buff can increase slow duration, No CD or boosted damage this is more for you to deal damage while slowing an entire enemy team while your team cleans up for an ace).

Why ? Gotta stay healthy <3 though that's rich coming from a twitch main.

Wai buy ? Forget zed diving past the front line to get your adc, just Q stealth to the back end enemy adc or mid laner and just one shot them it does help you also have to further increase the damage also if you catch a vulnerable tank and your able to even melt tanks this can destroy them pretty quickly since it does damage based on 25% hp.

What about and ? Gotta go fast, be tanky, armour shred, slow enemy.

Then explain these mr fancy pants , ? Okay honestly only buy if your good at channeling your Q with zhonya at the same time and if you know when to use it. You will instantly go stealth after the zhonya wears off (same with Bard's ultimate) I did use this item when diving early before my team arrives while the enemy is doing baron or baited them to it has forced the baron to ignore me and focus the enemy with baron CC, OOT damage and project tile attacks.

As for . If you have mountain dragon buff and red buff and this lovely item you can melt towers easily, plus your ultimate out ranges turrets and its pretty good for split pushing.

I used to play some kogmaw jungle it was pretty busted but fun AF. At least twitch jungle is still good but very very risky if played wrong.

BTW FYI in some matches I did buy to gain faster gold which helps when ganking and when the gold passive is up, plus it boosts your mana regeneration a lil more and for your E it will give you the old 1 point of AP because im an evil guy.

Some of my won and lost matches because of I got full build faster and i normally got spare 1000g to 5000g ^^;.

Oh and if your planning to do this in ranked i recommend at least have a partner on top lane who is (sion, Volibear, Nasus "pls camp ur nasus keep him safe n fed pls", riven, darius its just even easier with these guys)
