Since we are always waiting for support and junglers. I think it would be a good idea to add a bonus IP on queuing up for the position that is needed most. This would help get games rolling faster.

Yes, all the Yes! But, we can't make hte bonus too big. If we make it, like, double IP or something, it'd be too much. At the same time, we should make it so that it's bonus IP that scales with the IP you're already getting, so people can't queue as support then lose the game as fast as possible, and still make out like a bandit because of bonus.
