I wonder who thought its a good ideea to have 500 dmg auto attack at 10 mins in ARAM? By now im pretty sure riot never looks at anything else than competitive since this thing is going on for around 2 months now, they decided that 5 instead of 6 stacks will make the rune balance. Doing 500 dmg with a single AA as a full tank it doesn't seem fair.

is obscene and if the enemy team has one, youre forced to get one too or watch yourself getting rolled over.
i mean generall having an ad carry and a support on the same team and not the other team is almost a guaranteed win.
so yea, they dont really care.

redniwediS2 votesWhy do you think they think it is balanced? They lowered it by 1 because it was definitely too strong, and if it's still too much they can always lower it again. You act like the one change it had was the only change it could ever have in the history of time and space.
