Why do I have to play with people who does 0 kill and 5-30 death in pvp? Can't they just play with bots?
Riot should make a new rule for newbie players. YOU CAN'T PLAY ON PVP until you are lvl 10.

Just have a little patience. You'll hit 30 before too long, win or lose. Focus on your game, and on the things that you do wrong. Fix those, learn to cooperate better with a team, and hopefully, MMR will pair you with similarly apt players.
