Attack Move on Cursor + Target Champs Only Please.

I would like to petition that Riot make a small change so that people can use the setting of Attack Move on Cursor together with the target champs only in game function. When I remove my normally on Attack Move on Cursor I can use target champions only to hit a champion that i slightly misplaced my cursor off of and onto a minion or turret. But with Attack Move on Cursor turned on it seems to override the target champions. In theory should be simple to change the order of priority in my opinion and so not a difficult fix. Would be greatly appreciated for less skilled adc mains like myself! And I'm not willing to give up attack move on cursor because attack moving the closest champ to you rather than the one you are closest to targetting is even worse than occasionally hitting a minion or tower!
