How the Fukk is talon considered balanced?
harassed him all early game but he still one shots me post level 5 with one combo. How is this in anyway considered balanced?
meanwhile vlad still has buggy as shit hidden channels in ALL of his abilites

Talon specializes in killing squishy champions instantly. Especially if you're playing ranked/draft pick, and you see the enemy lock Talon, and you pick Viegar (or who ever your play) expect to get splattered all over your lane. Play Cho mid, Vlad Mid, or trade lanes with your top laner if they're beefy.
Talon is balanced, and he doesn't have a lot of CC or durability. Oh and you haven't had many games, so your post is weak.

You know....I played Talon for almost a month straight, I fell in love with his Assassin creed inspired visual and his in your face kit. And the one thing that I noticed more than anything else, was the fact that no mid laner built armor, No mid laner got pink wards, no mid laner called for ganks or was helped by their jungle. People stayed isolated from their team.
My most memorable game was against a Katarina mid who did nothing but complain all game about how skilless Talon was, and how his burst had no counter. This didn't stop their bot lane Alistar from slamming down pink wards every team fight and knocking me off of my target. Needless to say they won that game because their support was on his top of shit. He was peeling like a boss, he was warding like a boss and he built like a boss.
best way to mess with a talon is start a friendship circle. hold hands with your buddy! and remember, hes squishy!.

Talon isn't anywhere close to balanced, that's the harsh truth whether anyone wants to believe it or not. If you buy armor to lane against him, he will just harass you out of lane and deny you CS since you can't do any damage back on him.
Yeah, people say "He's high risk, you have to all in and have no escape", what risk is it going all in when you know you are going to kill everyone? He literally snowballs off of ONE kill.
He needs hard buffs to be considered balanced.
He's an assassin, that's what happens. Assassins are supposed to weak early game and then have the capability of one shorting squishy targets. Zed, Talon, Kat, Kassadin etc.
You're right, Talon isn't balanced, his kit is broken with no inherent counterplay outside of: dont get close. That said it sounds like you were careless and got punished.
People thinking Talon is balanced is a reasonable opinion (I think he's stronger than average, but not nearly unbeatable).
What boggles my mind is that people actually think he's bad, or worse than champions like Zed or Yasuo.
