Convert OE to BE

Since you talk about future work you're doing, or planning to do, that isn't yet, why not try to give some attention to the LOOT system? It's been bugging me a lot that there are many potentials that you can improve but you haven't so far and you neglected. Here are a couple of my questions:

1. Will you consider the possibility to convert Orange essence to Blue essence? (This is what I personally and possibly others too would want. I'm a collector and having all skins in the game, currently i have 40K OE just sitting there and being completely useless. Having the possibility to convert OE to BE would be very useful.)
2. Will you make it possible to sent / gift OE to friends? (Maybe a friend would like to help another friend to get the skin he or she wants but doesn't have that necessary OE it's needed to help unlock it.)
3. Will there be a possibility to use OE to the Essence Emporium? There are many things you can get with BE why not also with OE? Maybe skins for example. You get with BE the chromas why not OE the skins?
4. Will you ever bring back the option (like it was) to reroll 3 champion shards to a champion you don't have? (Many would want that back!) There are a few more questions but i wanted to point out most important in my personal opinion. I hope you will consider them. [sg-soraka]
