Iv seen gold player from S8 ranked Iron in preseason and they play like Iron

The new ranking system is messing things up. I have a smurf in Bronze IV which get's matched with Plat 4-3 players atm. You can submit a ticket after playing the placement games to Riot Support and they'll move your account to the corresponding rank.
