Annie disintegrate cast bar / Riot...

Whatsup everyone hows your momma?

So they ( the controlling powers of the universe ) changed Annies disintegrate to no longer have a cast bar. Maybe it was a change, Maybe I'm missing something.

But I need it back. It still takes her that .5 second to cast, but with no quick moving cast bar.

I need it back.

Update to my own situation. It has to do with frame rate. The new HUD update lowered by fps, so the short frames that show a short cast time spell bar no longer show, just cause.

Updates should make things easier and less demanding.

And it's too goofy looking, Throw a few straight edges on there please.
