so you make this so that leavers and afk players are punished, understandable, but, you have to constantly ban them for the same time over and over? I understand that you cant remove bans and that the system on its own is basically an A.I, but i have circumstances in my house all the time where i have to leave for something beyond my control and I'm sick of waiting 20 god damn minutes! It is legitimately the only reason I don't like league BESIDES all of the bullshit champions and reworks that weren't needed in the game, I don't mind the overly bad mannered community, I don't mind the fact that the que times take so long to find a support. But this is ridiculous, your telling me if someone in my home is having a medical emergency, and I am to leave my computer and tend to their needs, then I am the bad guy? It's MY fault someone in my household has an emergency and needs to be cared for? I'm not asking for complete removal, but 20 minutes is just over the top. If you're going to have a way to punish leavers, just make it like 5-10 minutes. I speak for everyone who has been punished by the leaverbuster out there when I say enough is enough. If you are going to have a ban system, at least make it shorter time waits, less games, or at the very least, able to remove the bans for people like me who can not control every situation in their house.

Seriously, I totally agree. Punishing afk players is something I completely support, I've lost several games bc of afk players, but the way they do it is really dumb. I've gone afk a couple times and have had to leave a couple games early and I understand putting me in a lower que bc of it. Last time I left a game it was BS circumstances and when I found out I was being punished for going afk I was a bit ticked. Nevertheless I completely understand this and support being put into this que, >BUT< there is one thing that makes me madder than anything about this. So I have to wait 20 to join a game, okay, fine, but if i leave my computer alone and come back in 25 minutes and I failed to join the first game after the countdown, I Have to Wait 20 Minutes Again!! Like WTF, If i've already waited 20 minutes one time let me join a game normally once atleast. Put me right back in the low que after, idc, but I was dumb and let this happen twice so I had to wait a full hour before playing. Thats complete trash and unfair if you ask me, I hope somebody reads this that can do something about this problem. Like I said, I understand the low priority que, and can even deal with the 20 mins, but If I wait that 20 minutes I think I deserve to join a game normally. I shouldnt be punished bc I missed hitting the join button in time. Like I was moving my cursor to join the game, didnt make it in time, so it's another 20 minute wait. Please change this, Please.

NO punishment = bad game play experience. Everyone that cannot dedicate solid time should not play.

Totally agree, I have to not AFK at all, now I just AFK'd ONCE. ONCE, because I was FORCED and I mean FORCED to go and eat dinner, I had no choice in the matter and neither knew it was going to happen. Now I got a 20 minute leaverbuster for 5 games, and the worst bit is, no one wants to play with you. You have a 20 min leaverbuster! F###ing Riot Games, fix your sh##. And the best bit is, I only was AFK for 5 minutes and we ended up winning and I still came back.

The current system is utterly disgraceful, there's not even a tribuneral for occasions like you've described, lazy piece of s*** Riot staff just thinking of the easiest way to save money and implement the crap they have. Crap customer service if you ask me, i've had the leave buster 3 times now from glitches with servers and LOL client where i've had to close and reopen and then wham i've been gone too long so the game ends and another leavebuster. F U riot neo-liberal ideological twats. Constructive feedback, implement a tribunal so people can appeal for their leavebuster... As if that's going to happen; gg.
