[Idea] How gold earned from kills and assists should be distributed

Millions of summoners suffer from KS... it sometimes lead to teammates fighting... it would really help to find a solution so that kill stealing wouldn't be a big thing, and people might finally stop being thirsty for champion kills and FOCUS ON KILLING MINIONS INSTEAD.

ANYWAYS, my idea is that the gold champions get from killing or assisting on kills should be based on the percentage of damage they dealt to that champion. Example: if the champion pool gold is 400 and you deal 25% of the enemy's health then you get 100G+bounty if you get the kill.

"but what about the ones that have life steal and shields? Well, I'm not only talking about the percentage of their maximum health, the shields and life steal should add to that percentage of damage. Example: killing a champion that has 1000 health but with a shield of 500, the percentage should not only be for the 1000 hp but also the shield making 1500 the 100% based from the damage.(it just sounds like I'm teaching math here xD). for the ones with the life steal, it would be the same as the shield but the extra health gained from life steal will be added to the max health instead. Example: enemy with 1000 max health gains 200 extra health while fighting with life steal,then the 100% that would determine how much gold you get will be 1200.

Must be confusing huh? well I tried to explain it as best as I could. if you can explain my idea better or want to add to the idea, just type it below ^.^

Well then it would be hard to distribute gold to the rest of your team if one person is really fed... I also bet you're a draven main and watch tyler1 lol

that would mean an adc would always take gold even if he wants to let his tank get gold by letting him have the kill .. but in your idea .. adc will deal 90% dmg for ex and tank 10% so adc get 90%*400 gold compared to the tank who will get only 40 gold .. its like he killed a minion ,, so why would a tank in lower elo try so bad to help getting a kill just cuz he gets 40 gold .. he would be better off farming a wave of minions or even just a canon minion would worth more for him than the assist .. KS term is for greedy low elo players and even if we implement your idea it will just lead to a more greedy playstyle which is tank farming minion and not helping

Your idea is interesting, but heavily favors the ADC, while starving anyone else. You would have mid laners like Annie, Katarina, and Talon playing against their ADC in order to get any amount of gold they can to keep snowballing. Inversely, if you are behind and you manage to get a kill but didn't deal much damage, you will still be behind. Getting kills is intended to get champions fed, not keep them in the gutter if someone else deals more damage than they do.

Kill stealing is not a thing because even you as the ADC benefits from someone kill stealing you. If the support gets a kill, so what? If it's an early kill, they can get their Sightstone faster and keep your lane better warded from early ganks. If it's a mid game kill, your support or jungler can buy a vital item for their kit such as Luden's on Sona, Deadman's on Rammus, Rylai's on Amumu, or Zz'rot on Taric to help you better push the lane and take out opponents. Pretending like only the person reaping the kill solely benefits from the extra gold is just indicative that perhaps you don't quite weigh how important those other players may be in helping you take your lane and win the game.

The only income balance that's needed, is to increase support income. Everything else is fine.
