would it make more sense to change the leaverbuster from a time penalty to a IP or EXP penalty? what do you guys think?

d4rkshock2 votesThey need to not make it last so long. 20 min is an insane wait. That's for 5 games. W by can't it just be like dota where it makes you wait until it finds a low priority game where you have to play the whole thing.
