i was wondering if it is possible as in a playable way that all tanks can be tanks on its full purpose, like instead of sight ward, make a item thats only unlockable for tanks to switch that item to a taunt skill, so they can taunt enemy towards them so they will attack the tank for a pfew seconds, people mostly check what items they got be4 going on fight and fight the tank on the last moment when all dps dies, not request to make the item op, just enough to make tanks bit more usefull then useless, cus a tank with high hp/def and mdef but 0 agro aint a tank, and maybe make a champ thats based on passif defence and give agro buff or something for a exchange idk, just giving optional ideas to consider

Taunts in general are a REALLY BAD CC. Not bad in that they don't work (they work fine!), but bad in that they artificially make one focus a tank. Tanks normally draw focus from being something that one can not let stick around; if one does not focus down Sion's shield their entire team is getting %max hp bombed, and if one does not scare that Mundo off he is going to bludgeon their squishies to death. Without a taunt these champions have a reason to be focused or peeled, and trade offs to go with (do I burst Sion's shield down and lose some burst for the carries, or try to peel Sion off, or focus him with a low cooldown skill/adc autoattack to weaken his threat?). Taunts then generally just force a object to be targeted without any threat; nobody is trying to autoattack Rammus to begin with, and his threat isn't that strong outside of his DPS from R and W + Thornmail. So the taunts don't create any new gameplay or change how one plays, they just highly annoy one and force agro. Tanks having actual threat or reasons to be focused is much better design than just adding taunts.

Also, giving an on demand taunt item is really bad; every tank now has an effective Galio ult. Plus, what happens when someone goes tank Ekko? Do they get this item then, as they went a tank? Do they get arbitrarily restricted because they didn't play a champion someone decided has "Tank" as a primary stat?
