My Special Border is missing ARCADE EVENT 2019

So i bought the battle pass for the arcade event 2019 and i also bought the new Qiyana skin separately. I had enough to buy the Battle Boss Qiyana Icon and Border with tokens but when i bought it, i was never given my border and only given just the icon. Will i ever get my border?

same problem. happens often with borders, for example with Sylas. I think we just gotta wait?

Considering the bundles are like £25 a piece, I kinda expect to get what I pay for at the point of sale.

But sure I can be patient.

Same problem and moreover I noticed that Qiyana does not have the Epic Skins label, which every battle boss skin has and the skin itself has the cost of epic skin Qiyana

Same issue here. Just got my Caitlyn icon n boarder. Doesn't show
