Guys can u help me purchase a champion?.. For my reasons I have chosen two champions akali and pantheon as I am pretty confused right now between these two Which one is more like aggressive and has potential of getting normal kills...And can u suggest me good champions that have price tag of 3100ip. : very effective tank support. The large hitbox on the q allows you to easily hook in champs to your team and combo cc them to death.

: cc heavy champ for mid lane. use q to stun them, then follow up with your e to deal massive damage. Her ult cooldown is only 6 seconds, which allows for easy farming. Her passive makes her become an egg, and if not killed between the time limit, you will revive, although you won't be able to use abilities while you are an egg.
Sona
: very effective enchanter support kit, has a high winrate atm. her abilities allow her to poke, heal, speed up, and when you get them low enough, unleash your ultimate to stun. She's auto reliant
Galio
: great tank for engages, played mid or top. Great ultimate to activate on an ally to save or engage
Shaco
: great outplay potential jungler. His jack-in-the-boxes are really effective when escaping, and his ultimate allows him to make a clone of himself that you can control
Shyvana
: very tanky jungler. Her ultimate where she becomes a dragon is super good because her abilities are upgraded as well
Miss Fortune
: high-damage adc. last hitting a minion with her q makes the bounce shot a guaranteed crit, which really hurts. She also has a variety of builds that work.
Twitch
: very auto based adc. he's very strong atm, because of his poison passive, and his abilities are just full of poison
