ADCs meh

when are we getting an adc rework where they don't get tons of damage dumped on them and instead give them survivablility like make a stasis ad item or make zhonyas do adaptive scaling and make it universal. i love adcs as a roll but i think its garbage that majority of them are usesessly over dependent on being defended and with all the assasins and dive tanks they are useless. like there is no place for adcs on your team unless they get lucky and fed and have hyper carry potential like draven or kaisa and most adcs fall off now due to the ad items being reworked
