What are the privacy concerns preventing publication of one's disciplinary record?
What are the "privacy concerns" that cause League not to reveal whether a player was punished via report? League shares the leveling, games played, most common champions, win rates, and honor levels of players, but I'm puzzled as to why this is specifically a "privacy concern." I understand they have strong incentives not to tell players whether other players were punished because it will lead to discontent amongst the player base, but I don't understand why they chalk this up to privacy concerns (other than for PR reasons).
